He brings over 10 years of experience from managing a family enterprise to event management and production for a boutique sponsorship marketing firm hosting events such as the US Open Tennis Championships and the Guinness Fleadh featuring over 50 bands. Prior to starting Supersoft, Tejas was holding the strategic marketing function for one of the world’s largest communications firm - Verizon. Today, in less than five years Tejas has established Supersoft as one of the leading background verification firm serving clients across industries such as telecom, consumer products, IT, BPO, finance, banking, etc.

Akash have over 8 years of experience in the background verification industry. He holds an advanced degree in insurance and risk management from Birla Institute of Technology. He has been in the roles of commercial enquiries, due diligence and risk management for Hill & Associates. He is leading the entire operations function at Supersoft and is revered as much by the clients as the in-house background verification team he is leading.
